HCT Consulting believes that training staff in order to sustain the momentum of an engagement is critical for the hospital’s long term performance improvement success. In order to facilitate knowledge transfer we provide a variety of educational offerings. Education modules can be sequenced as part of a series or through individual sessions. The offerings include leadership development training and service excellence training.
Leadership development consists of courses in Lean Operations, Problem Solving, Meeting Facilitation, Fundamental of Leadership and Teamwork. This series provides a framework of concepts and methods to effectively plan, analyze, implement and evaluate in a systematic approach. These modules benefit both new and experienced leaders at any organizational level.
Service excellence training includes Basic Service Training, Effective Communication, Quality Rounding, Service Recovery and Pain Management. These modules are designed to enhance staff communication and teach skills that will promote patient confidence. This series provides a framework for continued service excellence and a vision of what your facility can be in terms of superior customer service.
Our education modules will help your hospital promote both staff and patient loyalty. One of our education experts will consult with the hospital leadership to customize an education plan to meet your hospital’s specific needs.
